Energetic Coaching/Healing Sessions

In these sessions we work with understanding and clearing the energetic underpinnings of obstacles, patterns, and repeating unwanted life conditions. Through an understanding of energy and how it functions in addition to energy work such as distance Reiki, we will help you to move the blocks that are holding you back from your most authentic and vivacious life.
These sessions are a combination of discussion, guided imagery and meditations, and distance energy work. There are no subjects off limits, bring whatever is on your mind. As we clear these patterns from your system and energy field, life naturally changes around you.
I have completed certifications in trauma informed life coaching, master level reiki, and a variety of energy healing techniques and modalities including Chinese Energy Healing, Shamanic Energy Work, Guided Imagery, and EFT Tapping. The way I see it, the more tools I have to work with the better I can be of help to you. Every one of these sessions is different, and we will flow with your unique questions and obstacles to bring back a sense of relief, ease, grounding, and clarity.

Astrologically based Coaching

A comprehensive overview of your birth chart. Can include transits (past, present, and future), fixed stars, and other techniques depending on your questions and goals.

A look at the symbolic interaction of charts in romantic relationships. Includes brief individual readings, how the charts of the relationship interact, and a look at the chart of the relationship itself.
Alex uses a gender neutral system of chart evaluation and welcomes relationships of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

Intuitively Based Coaching
Intuitive Coaching provides you with information from the subtle realms of consciousness.
Alex has been working as an intuitive since 2014 helping clients to access information from broader consciousness (sometimes called spirit, soul, or source) to access solutions, insights, and clarity not readily available to the conscious mind.
You can bring any questions you like to a session and Alex will tell you the images and impressions he receives to help you feel more empowered in making choices that further you on your highest and best path. Clients often report these sessions help them to feel deeply seen and more at ease as the session reconnects them to their own deep knowing and wisdom.
Available in 60 minute, 90 minute, or 2 hour sessions.

All life is connected through a vast web of consciousness. We have access to a broad field of information through this web that we can access at any time to gain more clarity about where we have been, where we are, and where we are going.
While some might call this work “psychic readings”, I prefer the word intuitive coaching because the information that comes through is generally not deterministic of any set future. Rather, we will decipher together the images and feelings that arise to give you good present moment information from which to chart your course forward.
Think of me as a translator, an interpreter, a more impartial source through which to access information that your heart deeply desires you to know. Being seen on this level can be wonderfully healing and cathartic, and it will be my great joy to walk with you on this journey!
